Choose the team size that fits the job
Every packing appointment has a two-hour minimum, paid when you book and credited toward your final bill.
$100 two-hour minimum
$200 two-hour minimum
$300 two-hour minimum
How payment works: Your two-hour minimum is paid at booking and applied to your final bill. If the job exceeds two hours, PAKLY sends a final invoice for the additional time after service. Billing begins when the team arrives ready to work.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Good to know
Advance booking
No same-day appointments. Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are confirmed after payment and PAKLY approval.
Materials
You may provide materials, or request PAKLY supplies for an additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missing materials may cause delays that count toward booked time.
Changes & cancellations
Give at least 24 hours’ notice. Your payment may be transferred once to a new date. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the amount paid; additional rescheduling may require a new payment.
What we do not provide
PAKLY does not transport belongings or pack and wrap televisions. Movers must be booked separately.
Items we cannot pack
We do not handle hazardous, illegal, leaking, perishable, or unsafe items. Keep sensitive documents, medication, jewelry, cash, and high-value personal items with you.
Heavy & specialty items
Disclose oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, or specialty items before your appointment so we can plan safely and accurately.
